Samuel Raymond and Quincy Parker

O.B.A Inspection Services was founded on something simple: family. Samuel Raymond spent decades in construction, building an encyclopedic knowledge of how homes are put together, what makes them last, and exactly where things can go wrong. When his son Quincy came of age with a passion for real estate and an eye for detail, the two recognized they had something rare, a partnership built on trust, shared values, and a genuine desire to protect the people in their community.

Together, they built O.B.A around a standard that never wavers: every inspection is thorough, every report is honest, and no finding is ever softened to make a sale easier. Whether a home is picture-perfect or packed with problems, Samuel and Quincy will tell you the truth, and help you understand what it means for your family.
